  Via PA Turnpike (I-76), take Exit 6 to I-376 west, then Exit 7A, Oakland. Turn right at the stop sign onto Bates Street. Follow Bates until it dead-ends at Bouquet Street. Turn left onto Bouquet Street. Follow Bouquet to first traffic light at Forbes Avenue. Turn right onto Forbes Avenue and follow Forbes to first traffic light at Bigelow Boulevard and Pitt's Cathedral of Learning. To reach the EDC, turn left onto Bigelow Boulevard. At the second light on Bigelow, turn left and then left again at the second left - DeSoto Street. The Graduate School of Public Health is immediately on the left.   Via PA Turnpike, take Exit 3 to I-79 South then follow (in turn) 279 South to Pittsburgh, 376/Monroeville, and take the Forbes Avenue/Oakland Exit. • Bus From Downtown Pittsburgh
  From the bus stops on Fifth Avenue, take the 71(A, B, C, or D) or 61(A, B, or C) to Bouquet Street in Oakland. ($1.25 one-way, exact fare required.) The EDC is located in the block of Fifth Avenue between Bouquet Street and DeSoto Street.
